Rebrand Designshot, then rebuild it with Claude Code.
Redesign the Designshot brand and website — first conceptualized on Framer, then fully rebuilt on Claude Code for more flexibility, less tool dependency, and one design system across every surface.
Designshot needed more than a facelift — a full rebrand: new identity, new logos for its events, a redesigned website, to match the ambition of a [human x agentic] talent house. Everything was first conceptualized and built as a v1 on Framer. For more flexibility, fewer outside dependencies, and one single place to work from, the site was then rebuilt entirely on Claude Code — and built in tandem with a real design system, shared across the website, a future design codex, an app, and a chat, so the identity stays constant wherever it shows up.

Rebuild the brand and the site to match the agency's own ambition.
A [human x agentic] talent house selling design leadership couldn't run on an off-the-shelf identity or a page builder — it needed an identity and a website built with the same rigor sold to clients.
Scope
> Full rebrand (identity, event logos) + full website rebuild
Central question
> Can the agency's own shopfront hold up to the standard it sells?

Design a new identity, from the wordmark to the event logos.
A new visual identity for Designshot itself, plus a family of dedicated logos for its events (The Conclave among them) — all conceptualized and prototyped as a first full version on Framer.

Leave Framer for Claude Code, and build one system for every surface.
Once the direction was proven on Framer, the site was rebuilt from scratch on Claude Code — for more flexibility, fewer external dependencies, and everything centralized in one codebase. The opportunity was used to build a proper design system in lockstep with the website, so the same tokens and components can power the site today, and a design codex, an app, and a chat tomorrow — one identity, wherever it shows up.

Design and build side by side with Claude Code, section by section.
Every page, every component, every line of copy — worked through iteratively with an AI agent as a build partner, not a tool: section by section, EN and FR in parallel, refined until it matched the brand's own restraint. Even this case study was written the same way.
