Who is the Conclave for?
For the people who carry design inside their company: Design Managers, Leads, Heads of Design, Directors, VPs. Every application is reviewed individually — that's what keeps the room a room of peers.
Why are seats limited?
Because the quality of the conversations depends on the format. Two rooms, few seats: enough people to meet other design leaderships, few enough that everyone actually talks.
Are the talks recorded?
No. Nothing is filmed, nothing is published. What's said at the Conclave stays in the room — not under NDA, as a matter of principle: it's what lets speakers talk without the corporate filter.
How does the application work?
You fill in the form, we review every profile. If we have questions, we'll reach out for a short conversation. If your profile is a match, you receive a secure Stripe payment link to confirm your seat.
Can my company pay for my seat?
Yes. An invoice in your company's name is issued with the payment.
Can I cancel my seat?
Yes — cancellation is free up to 72 hours before the event. Past that point we can no longer refund: catering and venue commitments are already made.
Where does it take place?
In Paris. The exact venue is shared with confirmed participants.
