Franck Valadier is a brand, creative, experience, and communication director or, in other words, a Chief Experience Director at Digital4better x Fruggr.
In this story, Franck discusses whether UX has killed creativity in the design industry and shares with you his philosophy of experimentation, the fear of taking risks, and the lack of creativity in the industry. You will understand why as a designer, you need to have fun, take breaks, and engage in activities that promote creativity and innovation.
Franck Valadier is a brand, creative, experience, and communication director or, in other words, a Chief Experience Director at Digital4better x Fruggr. He started his design journey with the beginning of the internet and observed the design field’s evolutions year after year. It’s simple, Franck tried everything from all design methodologies to so many different design environments. He managed big design multisite teams, and small teams but has also been a freelancer. He is now working in an agency and a startup in the meantime on design services and product design.
Oh, and last but not least, Franck is a gamer at heart. He advocates creativity and the cultivation of the child's soul.

A Story is a series of videos where a kick-ass Designer shares their personal accounts about their career journeys and experiences in a masterclass-style format. Each Story is filled with insights, advice, and inspiration that designers of all levels can learn from and apply to their own careers.
Designshot recognizes that technical skills and knowledge are important, but also believes that there is value in sharing the personal stories and experiences of designers that can help others navigate the challenges and opportunities of the design industry.
