Principal product designer

Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll play a key role leading transversal design topics while delivering outstanding user experiences for entrepreneurs, investors, partners, and internal users.

• Lead and grow a small team of 2–3 product designers
• Set a high bar for craft and excellence within your team
• Design coherent, end-to-end user journeys across complex ecosystems (open finance, AI, internal tools)
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure product quality and alignment

You’re a seasoned designer who thrives in complexity and brings both strategic vision and pixel-perfect execution.

• 10+ years of experience in product design, including 4+ years in design leadership or cross-functional project ownership
• Deep expertise in UX strategy and UI craft (typography, layout, hierarchy, animation)
• Systems thinker with the ability to simplify complex flows into elegant, engaging experiences
• Strong communication skills and a user- and data-informed mindset
