Design Manager (12 people)

• A Digital Factory of nearly 300 experts across 35+ multidisciplinary teams
• A growing design team of 25+ designers across 5 key domains

Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll play a key role in growing the design team and aligning product and tech efforts around a shared vision.

• Manage a team of product designers and structure team rituals
• Contribute to design strategy and stakeholder alignment
• Ensure quality across all deliverables (research, design, design system)

You combine strategic thinking, operational leadership, and hands-on design craft.

• 10+ years of experience in product design with a track record of impactful work
• 4+ years in design team management
• Strong product mindset and experience in structured, fast-moving environments
• Skilled in user research, UI/UX design, design systems, and design ops
