Design Ops for a fast growing Saas

Our client develops a CRM and marketing automation platform used by over 500,000 businesses worldwide. With nearly 1,000 employees globally, the company is scaling fast and investing heavily in design maturity.

• A 50-person product organization, including Product Design, UX Research, Content Design, Product Ops, System Design, and more
• Strong product and design culture with UX embedded in strategic decisions
• Organized into multi-disciplinary squads across multiple product tribes

You will join the product team to help streamline operations, optimize processes, and create the conditions for high-quality design at scale.

• Improve the design team’s working environment, tooling, and rituals
• Align design and product delivery cycles by streamlining operational processes
• Facilitate collaboration between UX functions and product, tech, and business teams
• Evangelize UX value across the organization and help mature design operations

You’re a structured, proactive, and collaborative person who enjoys making systems work better — and helping people do their best work.

• 3–5 years of experience in DesignOps, ProductOps, or UX project/program management
• Deep understanding of UX disciplines and design processes
• Fluent in design tooling (Figma, Dovetail or equivalent, Maze, FullStory or similar) and automation tools (e.g. Make, Zapier)
• Comfortable navigating fast-paced, international product environments
