• Design org of 60+ professionals across Product Design, Design System, UX Research, Accessibility, and more

You’ll lead the design team responsible for shaping a seamless, high-quality user experience across web, mobile, and smart TV.

• Define and drive the design vision for the platform
• Manage a team of ~15 Product Designers and Design Strategists
• Co-build product roadmaps with Product, Tech, Data, and Marketing
  
• Oversee delivery quality, design KPIs, and team budget

You’re a senior design leader who combines strategic vision with operational excellence, and thrives in complex, high-visibility environments.

• 5+ years of experience leading design teams of 10+ people
• Strong product mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable working on large-scale digital products with massive reach
• Natural leader with structure, pragmatism, and impact orientation
